The project is expected to be substantial, covering more than 160 new supermarket refrigeration systems across Mexico and Central America. Honeywell estimates this shift to Solstice refrigerants will translate to a potential reduction of 130,000 metric tons of CO2e (carbon dioxide equivalent) – a significant contribution to tackling climate change.
