Daikin Applied Europe S.p.A., a subsidiary of Daikin Industries, Ltd., today announced the acquisition of Brooktherm Refrigeration Ltd., a leading provider of industrial refrigeration and HVAC solutions in the United Kingdom. The acquisition strengthens Daikin Applied’s industrial HVAC portfolio and expands its presence in the UK market.
Brooktherm, headquartered in Birkenhead, England, has a proven track record of providing tailored industrial refrigeration and HVAC solutions to a wide range of customers, including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. The company’s expertise in bespoke design, engineering, and installation aligns with Daikin Applied’s commitment to providing comprehensive solutions for complex industrial applications.
