Copeland Resolves Crowdstrike Update Issues, Resumes Full Operations

Copeland, a leading provider of refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, announced today that it has successfully resolved IT disruptions caused by a defect in a software update transmitted by Crowdstrike, a third-party provider. The global outage impacted several of the company’s manufacturing operations and customer engagement tools.

“While this issue caused temporary disruptions, we are pleased to report that the majority of our manufacturing operations are already fully operational, “Minimizing potential impact on our customers is our top priority, and we are working diligently to restore full functionality to all systems within the next 24 hours.”

Copeland emphasized that the incident did not affect product quality or the safety of its employees. The company is currently investigating the root cause of the issue in collaboration with Crowdstrike.

While the company works to fully restore its systems, Copeland encourages customers to reach out to their local representatives for any immediate needs or concerns.
